Every user is allowed a single account. Refund requests may be declined if we find multiple or associated accounts linked to the refund claimant, especially if these accounts have an existing subscription.
Unmetered Residential Proxies Refund Policy:
Refunds are applicable for subscriptions paid via PayPal or Credit Card. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but refunds are not granted for payments billed prior to cancellation. If unhappy with the service, request a refund within 3 days of purchase.
Please note, those with past or trial subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
Premium Residential Proxies Refund Policy:
Our Premium Residential Proxy service, a Pay-As-You-Go model, provides non-expiring data.
If less than 1GB of data is used within 3 days of purchase, and the payment was made via PayPal or Credit Card, a refund can be requested.
Please be aware that inability to utilize our services due to lack of knowledge, technical constraints, or any other user-specific reasons does not qualify for a refund.
Cryptocurrency Refund Clause
Refunds cannot be processed for payments made using cryptocurrencies due to their irreversible nature.
